We hear. But do we listen? And is our lack of listening causing perceptions. Even intimidation? And in the end, does that perception harden and calcify to our disadvantage? What's worse is that in our day to day lives (and of course business), not only do we fail to listen, but we actually butt-in. We want to voice our own opinion. Our own point of view. Do we only see ourselves based on our reflection? And how can see ourselves in the eyes of our customers instead? There are lessons to be learned. But first we must quieten ourselves, or the sound of our own voices drown out the feedback.
